Australian Medical Association Calls for More Restrictions on Energy Drinks

While medical officials claim that energy drinks are “poisoning” teens in Australia and there is a need for additional restrictions on the caffeinated beverages, the Australian Beverages Council says that the country already has among the strictest regulations for the drinks worldwide. The Australian Medical Association is calling for age limitations to be put on the sale of energy drinks. (Herald Sun)
